- 1Check your email - When your flight lands, open your email and check the reminder email EasyGo sent — it contains your driver's name, phone number, vehicle details, meeting point, and a map.
- 2Call or text your driver - Once you have collected your luggage, call or text your driver to let them know you are ready. Your driver will head to the meeting point as soon as they hear from you.
- 3Meet your driver - Follow the meeting point instructions in your reminder email.
