Great service, communication was excellent, driver polite and on time. Only shame is the distance from airport terminal to pickup station - it's a hike and for first timers it would have been good to have been advised of this.
We were delighted with the service provided. Everything was punctual both outbound and the return to/ from the airport. Driver ( Sam) was able to adjust route to avoid major traffic delays on peak periods. Vehicle was spotless and well maintained. Communication at terminal seamless with texting. Will use again and thoroughly recommend service to friends.
Can highly recommend this company for pick up and drop off at Sydney airport for a reasonable price, good communication by email and text throughout and our driver Sam on both occasions was lovely.
Our transfer from Syney Domestic was excellent, communication excellent. The walk to express transfer long but a Airport concern not yours. Return transfer was also the same excellent service would recommend EasyGo.
What an awesome company. So easy to deal with. Our flight kept getting delayed on the day. No problem. We just stayed in touch and they picked us up when we landed. Same with the return flight. Changes had to be made, but they were no issue for them. Definitely use this company again Thankyou.
