Our plane arrived 1 hour earlier than expected. After ringing our allocated driver, he arranged an earlier pickup. The ride was great and just what we needed after a long flight. However, as it was an international airport pickup, I would have thought that the driver would monitor the flight's arrival to see if any changes are required.
I organised airport pickup and drop-off for four adults and two children (10 weeks and 2 years old), which including one rear-facing and one forward-facing baby seat. Sam was punctual and a competent driver. Pricing was competitive, and I would happily use them again for larger family transfers.
We used EasyGo for going from and to the airport for our group of 7. The shuttle was spacious and comfortable. Sam provided great service and communication and was flexible with time when our flight arrived late. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended thanks.
