Sung's punctuality was spot on. He was driving a mini bus, with a trailer, in Sydney traffic, and was there to pick me up on time. He text me to let me know he was on his way, which was greatly appreciated as it alleviated my anxiety about the service not turning up and the possible risk of me missing my flight.
