Prompt reply to my initial inquiry and once I confirmed the booking communication was regular. Driver was courteous, but he wasn't easy to find at the appointed place with a lot of people around. Perhaps holding a board with the EasyGo logo on and the client's name (as most shuttle companies here in NZ do) or wearing a shirt with the company logo? But overall a great experience and I will happily book this company again if I ever need transport in Sydney.
Just wanted to pass on huge thank you to Peter and your drivers on the service provided for our airport transfer trips . Peters prior help and communication with us via email when booking was appreciated. Nice friendly drivers (Sam and Wali), helpful and great communication with us. Our flights has been moved around , canceled and delayed so we arrived at completely different date and time then originally booked . Peter kept us advised all the time via email on our new pickup times and location. Brilliant customer service ! Will be using you guys again, next time and would highly recommend to our family and friends.
