Great service, communication was excellent, driver polite and on time. Only shame is the distance from airport terminal to pickup station - it's a hike and for first timers it would have been good to have been advised of this.

Regarding the walking distance from the terminal to the pickup area, we completely understand your concern. Unfortunately, the pickup zones at Sydney Airport are designated and controlled by the airport authority, and all shuttle and transport operators are required to use the allocated pickup stations. As operators, we are not able to change this location.
That said, we appreciate your feedback and will make sure to include clearer guidance for first-time travellers so they know what to expect in advance.
